Very rude customer service as well as unhelpful, dealt with Nora Maftei. This software is very difficult to understand even though the video makes it seem very easy. They have a whopping THREE tutorial videos that were 100% unhelpful to my situation. When I wrote another ticket informing them of the unhelpful advice from Nora M. she responded telling me that she was helpful and answered all my questions, and then proceeded to answer the questions she actually did not answer.

Hopeless company at software development. They hire programmers and the owners dont even test and use the products themselves. Because most of the software don't work as advertise and you will always have issues and they just say they are working on it. I have purchased 3 of the software products they run and have found none work as advertise. Example text deliver: after weeks of examples with the developer, the developed agree that the text does not deliver at the correct times set up in the software and then states they will try to fix that in the coming months. I paid for a product and the developer is actually telling me it does not work. Stay away from this company. Also they delete any negative comments on their FB page because they dont want people know how bad the software is

Digital Kickstart 30-Day Refund Policy is not being honored and my customer support ticket #[redacted] has been closed without resolution.The PressPlay product page which I ordered from (pressplay.io) clearly states a "No Questions Asked" 30 Day money back guarantee, and even goes on to specify "no monkey business, send an email and we'll refund you right away."Completely within the guidelines and timeframe I made a clear request to cancel and refund my account. The result as the support ticket suggests, was that Digital Kickstart responded to me with an email asking questions of the problems I was having with it. Because I do not monitor all of my email accounts daily, and am inundated with solicitation emails and spam I did not notice the email which they sent to me asking questions about my cancellation request.Having never once used the Press Play account, I expected the common sense and courtesy to refund all charges as the most basic and least the Digital Support team would do.I have explained this in the support ticket to Digital Kickstart Support [redacted] and they have closed the support ticket without resolution, without any refund, and without responding to my latest request within that ticket to escalate my refund request .Desired SettlementRefund in Full for $162.

Purchases sales envy from [redacted], including the upsell. Never got access to use it. Got a link but asked for CC which was never explainedPurchased online product > Got an link to access the product > Clicked the link and registered my account.That has been the extent of use of their online [redacted] dialer service. The only page I can navigate to is the CC detail entry page. This is supposed to be a one time cost product so why do they need my CC. In addition to that the product is suppose to allow me to use my telecom vendor (SIP provider) so yet again why do I need to provide my CC. This was sold and advertised as buy our online skype dialer for a one time fee.Opened several tickets, Staff are ignorant, unhelpfull until refund was requested, at which time they all of a sudden wanted to help.At which point I was not interested in their product or help. By this time Several weeks had passed.I contacted the [redacted] at [redacted], who refused to refund the money. I contacted my CC company, who said I handed my CC during initial purchase and they could not help as I willingly purchased the product.After speaking to [redacted] and identifying an unethical activity which they were fooling enough to put in writing, [redacted] still sided with the characterless company and The Crook "[redacted]"So who ever is reading this. Your CC company will not protect your purchase and you'll be left our in the cold with your money in someone else pocket through no fault of your own.It's not surprising there is so much seller fraud, where the seller fails to deliver and refuses to refund.I even reached out to [redacted] ([redacted]) the owner of the company and have not heard back. I also filled out an online contact form and yet again, have not heard back from him. And if you try to call you get some ** message that says to create ticket. So we're back full circle.I run Radio show and will most definitely make point of giving this [redacted] some airtime and negative press for what I have had to experienceAll I wanted was my money back... for something that did not work and was not as describedDesired SettlementIt plain and simple, I would not do business with people as they are nothing more then highway robbers. Tricking people into parting with their money and not delivering the service or product

After paying for [redacted] Express and receiving an upgrade to [redacted] Ignition, Digital Kickstart has locked me out of the members area for receiving software plugin updates and training. I identified many issues with their plugin that was crashing my website as well as online campaigns, their ultimate response was to be rude and ignore me and block me from their system, so I no longer have support, but they do have my money.
