The customer sent us a swatch for color matching in October This was to match the color for a damaged arm cover on his chairGetting an accurate color match can be time consuming and a swatch will be mailed to the customer for approval as soon as possible.Unfortunately as many do, the
manufacture closes every year for the holidaysThis is beyond our control and we do apologize the color swatch he sent couldn't be matched sooner

This customer goes by two last namesOne she used to order her furniture and the other one she used to check on serviceThis complaint with the Revdex.com is also under a different last name than the orderWhen looking for her order, it could not be located under the last name she gave usOur service
guy, Jose, immediately serviced her order after the correct information was relayed to himThe pictures that were emailed to us indicated there was not a hole
all the way thru the leatherJose also confirmed this, it is a small surface abrasion, less than 2mm long. I spoke with the customers husband last week, he said he could live with it but his wife could notI told him not to worry, we will rebuild a new seat cushion cover for themThe customer indicated this is acceptable when speaking with her this morningThe abrasion may be small but should not have been there. A new
seat cushion cover has been ordered and will be replaced.If for any reason she is not satisfied after replacing the cushion, we can issue a full refund for her custom order

On January 20th the customer faxed his approval of the color match to
the manufacture. A replacement jacket for his damaged arm is in
production.

I am rejecting this response because:the issue is not settled yet, the chair has not been repaired.  Time frame to repair the chair is unreasonably long.  I have been dealing with this store for seven to eight months and I yet to see a date they have committed to, to have this repaire made.  Matching the color does not satisfy the complaint.
