I have to defer with the reply provided by business. On the day Feb ** 2014 when I went to take class at Boston Public Library I couldn't find the instructor. The class was scheduled to start at 1 PM. I called her at her cell phone around 1.15 PM and she informed she is getting delayed. I was still waiting for her, but didn't find her. After that I called and texted the instructor few times starting from 1.30 - 1.45 she didn't answer to my phone calls nor text messages. I called the DPA direct phone number starting from 1.45 PM AND also sent emails to their contacts from my smart phone. Nobody from Digital Photo Academy answered to my PHONE calls on Feb ** 2014(with the exception of short phone call with instructor at 1.15 PM).
Someone from Digital Photo Academy contacted me the next day which is Feb ** 2014 and offered a free class which was supposed to take place 2 weeks later. But they didn't sent any email to to me nor followed up with any emails regarding that class there after.
I asked DPA couple of times to remove my name from their website which they didn't do yet.
I don't want any more free class from them as I had bad experience and don't want to repeat the same thing. They terrribly ruined a weekend (Sunday).
What I need for resolution is:-
1. Remove my name ([redacted]) from their website. I have NEVER taken any class from them and they don't have any  right to keep my name in their website . It is also invading my privacy rights. Here's the website information.
[redacted]
2. Pay for my car parking fees ($20) on the day I came for taking class and additional $10 for gas charges for a total of $30. This is just to compensate only a minor portion of troubles I have to go through on the day (Feb [redacted]2014).

I personally spoke to this individual the day she was not able to find the rest of the class, all of whom were taking photos at the Boston Public Library. She also spoke with the teacher on the phone for...

directions just before the class began. Understandably she was very frustrated, but I told her to look through the library and she would find the group who I knew were in process with the teacher. Once the class was over, this individual and I spoke and I assured her that even though she could not find the class, it had run and all students were there. I appreciated her situation and offered her a free class and that she could pick whichever Comp in the Field class she wanted. (Today I spoke with this student and she said that she also received a nice call from our offices, shortly after the mixup, asking her if she wanted to take a free class and if she did, just let us know. This was not in a voice mail but it was a live conversation and we were told she would like a free class. Today, it was explained by her that she had expected an additional call in the process. Review: Hello,I bought a groupon([redacted]) coupon for the Digital Photo Academy for a 3 hours composition in the field photography class. Initially the class was scheduled for February [redacted], 2014 but they rescheduled it for February [redacted], 2014 1PM to 4PM at the Boston Public Library.I reached there on time and waiting in the main entrance as they requested from 1.00 PM onwards. There was no intructor ar any sign of photography class. I called the instructer whose name and mobile phone was provided. She replied that she is running late. Around 1.30 PM I started sending messages and called instructor again, but no reply at all. I called the Digital Photo academy main numbers and contacted email by mobile phone around 1.45 PM. Nobody answered or replied to my messages/calls. By 4.30 PM that day the instructor left a message to my email that the class was over, which I don't think ever happened.I called Groupon the next day informed them the situation and they refunded my money back. But note I lost my time getting ready for the class, waiting for the class and the amount of money paid towards car parking. The Digital Photo academy called me later and informed me they would give a free class for the trouble I went through. But nobody send me any information on that communication later.By this time I noticed they added me in their website as a student with my name ([redacted] ). I decided to contact them to remove my name from public search and coming up a candidate by my name. I sent them email to remove my name but instead I got an email saying they want to fix the issue and like to talk to me over phone. I gave them my number but again nobody called me at all.I sent them another email requesting them to remove my name appearing in their website, but no reply.I request Revdex.com to look into this issue and settle it soon as its invading my privacy.Desired Settlement: 1.My name should be removed from the digital Photo Academy [redacted]. Digital Photo Academy should give me the refund of $20 towards the car parking charges which I lost when I came to February [redacted]2014 to the Boston Public Library. Also another $10 towards the gas charges. So total of $30. This is very fair considering the time and gas charges which I lost on a Sunday coming to the class which never occured.
