Good morningWe have done nothing wrong with this clientMy client came to us to move his furniture to FloridaOur company requires a deposit one week before we put them in the schedule to confirm everythingMr [redacted] never gave us any money after we called and called him to give us a depositOn his scheduled move date he called asking where we were and we told him he never confirmed so he is not in the scheduleHe begged us to move him that day and we told him that we would need a full cash or certified check to move him because of him not leaving a depositHe agreedWhen we arrived to his residence we discovered thatMr [redacted] had not one thing packed so the extra cost was for his packing chargesNot moving his stuff from two different locationsI have the quote stating these factsWe also informed him of the delivery dates as wellHe is refusing to listen to anything we are asking of him and not listening to anything we tell himI am trying everything in my power to make this move go smooth which it has other then Mr [redacted] not being ready to movePlease advise on what I need to do next.? ?
