Good morningI have read your complaint and we have done everything in our power to help in this situationI did come on site to try to repair all the damages done to your future and you told me to my face that you did not want me back into your home to fix anything you just wanted your money backOkayWe worked at your house for Three days straightYour bill reflects the amount of items your hadThe inventory that was provided to me online was not even close to the amount of stuff that we movedYes we do offer all inclusive rates which we could have done for you at any time however you chose to do everything onlineYou also knew that you were getting charged by the hour because we sent you the estimate and you approved itAlso as far as getting a full refund because of damages that we know can be repaired that is not the insurance option that you choseYou chose Option A insurance which is cents per poundI did not give you the figure amount of how much insurance money you get back the insurance company did based off of the insurance you choseWe had other insurance options which you failed to chose and we have the proof that the emails were read for the estimate and the insurance portion of the dealNow as far as the move is concerned it didn’t go as we all would have hoped but we tried to come out and deal with the problem and you told us you didn’t want us in your home anymore so we did as much as we could to make this situation right

This client continues to say that I am harassing her job but her job paid for her to move to Phoenix AZ and she is withholding money due to my companyI understand that things were damaged and those items can be fixed through our insurance company but I have repeatedly asked her to settle the invoice and as soon as she does that then I will forward her over to my insurance company to take care of her itemsI talked to my insurance company and they told me that they can not file a claim until the move is considered completedHer move is completed once we receive the rest of our money then we will happily file a claim with our insurance companyOur insurance company already has the file ready to go we are just waiting on her to settle the invoice

This client is denied any further compensation for glass shelves for various reasonsFirst reason is I delivered the shelves myself to the client when I was down South CarolinaI have other witnesses that said that the shelves were in fact delivered in the day we delivered the shipmentSecond,
the client failed to purchase additional insurance coverages for his itemsEach customer has the choice to have the free cents per pound insurance or you can upgrade your insurance to replacement value insurance or full replacement insuranceMy client choice to stick with the free cents per pound insurance for his relocation which is what he is entitled toI offered him dollars even though it wasnt my fault just to try to be a good business owner but the client declined my offer so that deal is off the tableThird, there is a exclusion of our paperwork that says that we exclude Glass that is not packed by G & G Moving should anything happen to it along with other things as wellI would like to submit my evidence of each thing I mentioned if needed in order to close this case. Thank You

The client did not allow me to dispute any actions before blasting my Buisness on socal mediaI did put a picture on social to inform people that I just received this message at 1030pm on a holiday and I would take care of this next business dayThe post did not have the clients full address on
there nor did it have her emailAllow her to post her evidence

his scheduled move date he called asking where we were and we told him he never confirmed so he is not in the scheduleHe begged us to move him that day and we told him that we would need a full cash or certified check to move him because of him not leaving a depositHe agreedWhen we arrived to his residence we discovered thatMr*** had not one thing packed so the extra cost was for his packing chargesNot moving his stuff from two different locationsI have the quote stating these factsWe also informed him of the delivery dates as wellHe is refusing to listen to anything we are asking of him and not listening to anything we tell himI am trying everything in my power to make this move go smooth which it has other then Mr *** not being ready to movePlease advise on what I need to do next. Thank you

First of all the customer called and got an quote with our standard pricingThen she came back and said she paid for the Groupon voucher to get the discount on our moving servicesI sent out another quote that reflect the Groupon voucherThe customer accepted the quote that reflected the Groupon
voucherThe customer asked me " Was travel involved in the quote I sent her" I responded yes the travel is includedThe customer quote was hourlyso the time starts from when the guys leave the shop to when they returnThe movers left the shop at 8am, got to the customer home 9amThe movers were done at 1130am and will get back to the shop at noonthe customer was only charged for hours over the Groupon voucher of hoursBut in actuality it should have been hours totalWhen the job was completed she paid the remaining bill of $If more information is need I can provide email conversations. When a customer asks if the travel time fee is included, it means that there is no additional fee? Had they explained to me that the moving time included an hour of travel, I'd have refunded my groupon, which I even said I might have to do because it wasn't stated in the ad? I am not asking for a full refund but only for the extra money paid for travel? It seems very reasonable for a company to refund money that was a hidden charge

the client failed to purchase additional insurance coverages for his items. Each customer has the choice to have the free 60 cents per pound insurance or you can upgrade your insurance to replacement value insurance or full replacement insurance. My client choice to stick with the free 60 cents per pound insurance for his relocation which is what he is entitled to. I offered him 60 dollars even though it wasnt my fault just to try to be a good business owner but the client declined my offer so that deal is off the table. Third, there is a exclusion of our paperwork that says that we exclude Glass that is not packed by G & G Moving should anything happen to it along with other things as well. Like we said before we don't want the money just the glass replaced. If you were trying to make it right you would do that. If this matter is not resolved we have no choice but to proceed with legal matters.

voucher. The customer asked me " Was travel involved in the quote I sent her" I responded yes the travel is included. The customer quote was hourly. so the time starts from when the guys leave the shop to when they return. The movers left the shop at 8am, got to the customer home 9am. The movers were done at 1130am and will get back to the shop at 12 noon. the customer was only charged for 1.5 hours over the Groupon voucher of 2 hours. But in actuality it should have been 4 hours total. When the job was completed she paid the remaining bill of $240.00. If more information is need I can provide email conversations. Thank you

business response ,as I am not confident that once these money is paid they will their end of the deal. Everything from start of this service has been horrible. I demand proof of a claim for the full replacement value of my items. This situation has nothing to do with my employer , me and G& G had an agreement that they did fulfill. My employer should of never been contacted and I informed them not to contact my place of business several times.
