Digital Practice Xperts

Review: [redacted] DBA Digital Practice Xperts aka DPX used to provide IT services to [redacted] DDS Inc. To the extent there was a contract, [redacted] abandoned it long ago by refusing and failing to return attempted contacts by phone/email etc. and continues to improperly retain equipment belonging to our office. Several months ago, [redacted] took one of our PCs for repair. It is an older PC and of very little physical value, however, the hard drive contains a significant amount of proprietary information and intellectual property. We have requested multiple times over several months now for the return of that property. Each time, [redacted] indicates he will bring the property back, but to date he continues to at this point misappropriate the PC and will not return it. We have made more than reasonable attempts to get him to return our property but he repeatedly and continually fails to follow through. As a separate issue, he claims there are unpaid bills for his services. He has not sent an invoice for months and I even asked him for a detailed billing which he has refused to provide after indicating that he would. His behavior is inexplicable at this point and creating much more work than is necessary.Desired Settlement: We would like our PC containing the hard drive with our intellectual property returned. No more promises to return - it needs to actually be returned. We have no idea if he ever even attempted to repair it but that is of no consequence at this point. If he fails to return our property at this point, we will have to avail ourselves of criminal and civil remedies that are available.

Review: Installed a server for us over a year ago. The install created many problems for us that were never resolved. A tech was out here for hours and didn't fix anything, actually created more problems! Since then we have tried tirelessly to contact them, with no response. We tried to get a different computer company to come fix our problems and we can't because DPX has all our passwords for the new server. Extremely frustrated at the lack of professionalism by this company. Was promised tech's would come out months ago and they never did, then when we called no answer and no call back for months!Desired Settlement: Someone actually returning our phone call or email and actually coming out when they say they will.
