Review: On June **, 2014 I placed an order with digital pros for a canon 5TI digital camera. I agreed to pay the $60 + dollars to have the item delivered to my home in 3 days, because I needed it by that saturday. I never received a tracking number or indications of the time I should receive the item. The item was delivered on Friday. At a time I was still at work, and no one was available to receive and sign for the item. When I got home, I saw I notice on my door from UPS indicating the attempt to deliver the item and that they would try again on Monday. I contacted UPS to see if they were able to deliver again that same day or saturday morning. UPS told me that was not possible since I need some type of authorization from digital pros. I called digital pros and they were closed and would be re open for business til monday. I then called UPS again and let them know not to deliver on Monday and to ship the item back. The UPS representative did so. I have the tracking number and checked and digital pros received the return item on 07/**/2014. I contacted digital pros on Monday and the represantative was very rude, there was no custumer service what so ever he stated I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. Checked my credit card today and no such refund has been made. I just want my refund, please.Desired Settlement: I would like my complete refund of $918.95 to my credit card that was charged.
