per our sales rep all of his conversations were with the husband and after the work was done his wife was expecting something different than what was discussed and agreed with by her husband. In applications such as this where there is no way to tell what is behind the walls the expectation is that it’s never a simple and perfectly clean situation. This is normal for the business. It was apparent after the initial steps were taken that the homeowners had not discussed with each other what was agreed to. 
 
We are happy to provide any additional feedback you would like. We have been in business for quite awhile and take our commitment to customer service seriously. But there are instances where we’ve done what we are supposed to do and followed the steps and also believe it’s not fair on our end to just give money back because of a miscommunication on their end.
