The issue on our end has been considered resolved for quite some timeThe person on this project for us was our most experienced and detailed sales personThere was no issue on our end with what the expectations of the project were to beThe issue is miscommunication between the homeownersAs per our sales rep all of his conversations were with the husband and after the work was done his wife was expecting something different than what was discussed and agreed with by her husbandIn applications such as this where there is no way to tell what is behind the walls the expectation is that it’s never a simple and perfectly clean situationThis is for the businessIt was apparent after the initial steps were taken that the homeowners had not discussed with each other what was agreed to We are happy to provide any additional feedback you would likeWe have been in business for quite awhile and take our commitment to customer service seriouslyBut there are instances where we’ve done what we are supposed to do and followed the steps and also believe it’s not fair on our end to just give money back because of a miscommunication on their end
