Review: I had this company come out to fix my computer when it crashed. Technician ended up having to completely wipe out the hard drive, and the first problem was that the programs that had been installed were not replaced as promised. The second problem was that I was billed for a laptop that the technician "took a look at" while waiting for the PC repairs to complete, which was supposed to be at no charge. I received a bill from this company for 3 1/2 hours of labor for 2 computers when only the one was supposed to be billed to me. The second problem occurred 2 weeks later when the computer again crashed. We called the company, which supposedly offers a 30 day guarantee on its repairs. They sent out the same technician, which was fine. The behavior and professionalism of the tech upon arrival to my home was unacceptable. I was told "I will fix the computer again, but if I determine that you did something to this computer to screw it up, I will have to charge you." I told the technician that I had done NOTHING to the computer but operate it normally, and that I resented that remark, and that for $280 it should be functioning perfectly with all its original programs intact that I had to reinstall. Again the hard drive was erased and again I had to reinstall the programs. The computer is still not functioning properly. This company continues to harass me because I have not paid them the full amount of the repairs because the computer is not repaired. In fact, I think more harm than good was done to the machine because there are more things wrong with it now than before it was repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like not only a refund of the money paid because the machine was not repaired properly, but I would also like a replacement machine. This is an extremely expensive computer that should not have to be completely replaced after owning it for a little over a year. This company not only over billed me for services not completed correctly on my computer, it caused more problems to occur with it in the period immediately following the "repair."
