[redacted] Digital Satellite is a third party retailer for T.V., phone, and internet servicesWe are here to help people get started with new services and it is solely the customer's responsibility to take any concerns about billing etcto the actual companiesPer the customer, they were having problems with billing with [redacted] and that is something we have no access toThis customer was given contact numbers to go over their bill and get things adjustedDSS came in contact with our [redacted] for [redacted] and when he looked into the customer's account for the phone and internet, there were late charges that were accruing every monthPer the [redacted] statement, he said the customer wasn't paying the bill that month or was really lateWhich is why their bill was so high every month due to late chargesAlso, we as DSS cannot bundle services for customersThis is their responsibility to bundle services and continue onTheir [redacted] was bundled with [redacted] so when a bill is paid late, all three services get shut off or suspendedThe [redacted] emailed over a copy of this customer's account with the billing for every month to show the customer as wellThe wife was saying that is what it has been and we later advised her to contact [redacted] 's Coporate officeAs a retailer, we can only do so much as we just initiate by helping people get set upAs for the sales rep, he is an independent contractor for this company and he works for himself through usWe do not under any circumstances blow customer's off or treat them badlyWe can only do what we are allowed to do locally but all other attention has to go [redacted] ly to the main corporate offices for what ever services they applied forIt is of greatest apology that the customer had a really bad experience and hope that this can be resolved soonThank you for your time [redacted] -- Digital Satellite Birch Street Unit - C Windsor, CO [redacted] OFFICE# 970-686- FAX # 970-686-

Details: Customer ordered VONAGE Home Phone, Paid the $for the triple phone kit.
Customer called some time later
stating he was not going to use the service after
activating the system.
He was informed at that time to call VONAGE due to the system already been
Active.
A few days later he calls our offices located in Windsor CO saying they would not accept the system back and he would have to work with us on a refund.
At that time he was told the we would have to contact VONAGE to see if the
system could be reused to give us a few days to get back with him.
A few days pasted and customer called again and was told to please drop off the system at the Cheyenne Mall where he signed up for service and
as soon as it was dropped off we would refund the $69.99.
To date the system has NOT been returned so there has not been a refund issued and will not be till equip is returned.
