The information content is very current with [redacted] 2013 and [redacted] 2015 taught. The Global e Training resource used for [redacted] 2015 is very successfully completed around the world, leading to [redacted] certification. All students have access to this on-line program. Digital School is an [redacted] Training Centre and has been for many years. The computers are not outdated and are very capable of providing the capacity needed for the software used.

The school is not unprofessional, with highly trained instructors, and the program cost is very comparable to other programs of the same length.
The refund policy is stated on the student enrollment contract and is provided to us by Alberta Innovation and Advanced Education. We abide by this policy which states that if a student is attending for more than 10% of the program length, but less than 50% of the program length, the school is entitled to keep 60% of the tuition plus lab and book fees.
Digital School is concerned to have an unhappy student, but we are providing a solid foundation for all students to complete successfully and to find employment. Our positive annual report results confirm this.
Student loans need to be repaid, but if there are acceptable reasons that make payments difficult to make, the Repayment Assistance Program (RAP) is easy to apply for through Student Aid at Canlearn.ca.

This is the first I'm hearing that I didn't pass any of my courses. No one told me that I wasn't doing well,[redacted]. Nor did anyone talk to me about my attendance I wouldn't be making this complaint about the treatment I received by teachers or by the total lack of instruction if it wasn't true.
