I ordered something from this business on October 31st, I received a confirmation that the order was received on November 1st, There was no indication that the item was or would be shippedOn November 7th, I sent an email to check the status of the shipmentThe website indicates that all inquiries will be responded to within hoursAs of November 10th, 2015, I still had not heard anything from the business and believed that it might have been a scamI sent another email indicating that if I did not hear back, I would be canceling my orderminutes after I sent this email, I received a responseThe response was abusive and completely unprofessionalI have copied and pasted the response belowNovember 10th, @ 6:59pm -- "Yes it has shipped you were clearly told and explained and agreed in the listing you purchased it's clearly stated up to weeks so don't blackmail usWe will gladly show the bank you placed the order yourself You will be given a tracking number once the scooter clears us customs that can take another week or twoShow some patience You know this is coming from ChinaIf you are so nervous why did you place your order to begin with???? If you need a refund you are responsible for shipping the scooter back at your own cost as mentioned in the return policy"Can you imagine a business responding in this manner? I am shockedWe will see if the product actually arrives

I ordered something from this business on October 31st, 2015. I received a confirmation that the order was received on November 1st, 2015. There was no indication that the item was or would be shipped. On November 7th, I sent an email to check the status of the shipment. The website indicates that all inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours. As of November 10th, 2015, I still had not heard anything from the business and believed that it might have been a scam. I sent another email indicating that if I did not hear back, I would be canceling my order. 17 minutes after I sent this email, I received a response. The response was abusive and completely unprofessional. I have copied and pasted the response below.
November 10th, 2015 @ 6:59pm -- "Yes it has shipped you were clearly told and explained and agreed in the listing you purchased it's clearly stated up to 3 weeks so don't blackmail us. We will gladly show the bank you placed the order yourself. You will be given a tracking number once the scooter clears us customs that can take another week or two. Show some patience. You know this is coming from China. If you are so nervous why did you place your order to begin with???? If you need a refund you are responsible for shipping the scooter back at your own cost as mentioned in the return policy".
Can you imagine a business responding in this manner? I am shocked. We will see if the product actually arrives.
