I signed up with Donna Play to watch a video I couldn't find online elsewhereOnce I signed up for their free trial, the video they claimed to have was unavailableOnce your free trial is up they automatically bill you monthly (for premium membership) Outrageous pricing for services they cannot provideIf you want to cancel your membership they charge you a $or you have to wait three days for your cancellation (in the meantime they will bill you for the next month.)

We are the ISP, not the site owner or operator. The complainant states that they researched the company and found our informationWhat it appears they did was run an “whois” on the domain and see that Reflected controls the IPAgain, we are the web host, not the site owner or operator

Once your free trial is up they automatically bill you 29.95 monthly (for premium membership) Outrageous pricing for services they cannot provide. If you want to cancel your membership they charge you a $1 or you have to wait three days for your cancellation (in the meantime they will bill you for the next month.)
