This business is absolutely a SCAMOur company received one invoice initially for some toner that we did not order, nor did we receiveWe always go through a private toner supplier because we have a contractAbout one month later, two actual toners are delivered to the facility with an invoice attachedI am not sure how they got our information but do not be fooled by this company
This company is a fraud company committing toner fraud. I called RICOH to inquire why our company was being charged by Select Office Systems and Digital Supply Center. RICOH informed me that both of these companies are toner fraud companies.

I received a phone call asking about toner... I do not purchase to toner for the company. I did tell them this. His name was [redacted] and said he called to inform me that the price of our toner was not going to go up in price. I informed him that I was not the person to purchase toner, he said that was fine and he was just calling to inform me. A month later, I received an invoice in the mail regarding toner at a price of $498!! First of all, toner is NOT that much, second of all, no one at this office purchased this toner. We asked for proof and they gave us a BOGUS UPS signature (which is scribbles and you can not make out the name) and claim that we received a package that day. No one in the office recalls signing for this package (there are only 15 of us). I informed them I did not purchase toner, we did not receive this toner and there was no way we were going pay an invoice for $542. They have continued sending me emails claiming that I need to pay this invoice or I need to send toner back to them.
This company is a SCAM!! They are hoping the Accountant is not paying attention and pays the bill or hoping the company mails back toner that they never sent.
If this company contacts you, HANG UP!! They need to be shut down. THIS IS A SCAM!
