Company and service personnel are incompetent at best, dishonest at worstCalled out for a non-working oven and service tech left saying "it is not functioning"He collected $for the service callI was told by *** *** over a month later the part was unavailable, so there was no fixI contacted another appliance repair in the meantime and he was unable to come out but asked if I had a recent power outageI said yes, so he told me to try recycling the circuit breaker and it workedIt has been working ever sinceIf Romero's had been able to get the parts it would have cost over $to repair and the kicker is that I would have never known the difference because they would have turned off the circuit breaker to do the replacement
