I am rejecting this response because: I emailed Mr. W[redacted] on April 10 informing him of our decision not to use him for our event. The agreement was for him to produce a video of the 5th anniversary of [redacted]. But on the day we met at the venue -- and after I sighed a paper that he said he would give me a copy (he never gave me a copy) - he told me that he would only give us files of what he video taped -- Not a finished product. It was because he wanted $2,400 for files -- and not a finished product that we decided that Mr. W[redacted] had not been upfront with us about his intentions and decided not to go with him. I have attached the email that was sent. On April 11 he responded: "Sorry we could not work this out." Yet, he continues to hold onto our money -- and until I filed this complaint, my attempts to reach him have been in vain.
