I am rejecting this response since the pictures that were submitted in his response is not what I sent himThey looked tampered withAlso they provided a statement where *** did not receive any picture, they rejected the claim because firstly the seller told them that he was sending me replacement paint which he never sent to me and they also told me that the type of purchase that is was they could not come up with a conclusionI attached pictures that I took from my phone, it is the same pictures that I sent the seller but he seemed to have tampered with it since one of the pictures he submitted to you was sent in by me and the other picture does not look like what I sent himI also asked the seller to tell me what other angles or pictures they want but he refused to tell me and started threatening me if I move forward and place a claimHe claims he has my personal information and will use my credit card information against me if I continueIn the pictures I sent, I show that the crystals that supposed to be there to increase the "gain" in the picture is not thereIn the website they show how the crystals are reflecting off the screen and it is not the case with the product I was sentThey are advertising one thing and sending their customers another

Review: I purchased projector screen paint from this company, the reason that I went forward with the purchase was that the company was the only company that was claiming to provide 3.4 gain. When I received the paint and painted the wall, the paint gave me the same exact results that my current projector screen has which is rated at 1.3 gain. I sent a message to Digital 1 crystal screen paint and asked them whether there was any way I could have done anything wrong. The company refused to tell me what pictures I could send them to show them how their product was not working as it should. I purchased their top of the line product but received their lowest quality item and when I confronted them on this the president of the company threatened to use the personal information they have on me if I posted any bad information about their product. I never asked for a refund, all I wanted was for them to send me the product that I purchased. The president of the company called me on my personal phone multiple times threatening me. They show many videos on their website showing their screen but what this company sends you is totally different and not the same product. This company does not send the product they are advertising and they threaten their customers when they are confronted about the product they sent out. This company is scamming all their customers on the product they are trying to sell. I asked them to provide me any information that they may have showing me how they were able to come up with the calibration that they are claiming they were not able to tell me.Desired Settlement: I have contacted the company and asked them to send me replacement paint to replace the paint that have been sent to me. When I spoke ot the president of the company he told both me and [redacted] that he will send me replacement paint but he has not sent anything out to me and I believe he is trying to scam me yet again.

I am rejecting this response since the pictures that were submitted in his response is not what I sent him. They looked tampered with. Also they provided a false statement where [redacted] did not receive any picture, they rejected the claim because firstly the seller told them that he was sending me replacement paint which he never sent to me and they also told me that the type of purchase that is was they could not come up with a conclusion.
