I purchased batteries and is defective (will not charge) The date on both batteries are 12-**- I had contacted their customer service and they were sending me a replacement I contacted them in Oct to let them know I never rec'd the replacement that Lisa C [redacted] said she was sending out As of today no one is replying to my emails If they were not going to replace the battery I requested a credit on my credit cardnothing there eitherI wanted the SONY battery but was convinced by CS to buy the Powerbattery instead
