unfortunate that the customer did not have a good experience. Hence, we had already initiated the refund on 02nd September. An email has also been sent to the customer regarding the confirmation of refund. Due to the inconvenience caused, we are ready to offer Free Technical support for 1-year if the customer is willing to accept.

They did refund the money but we don't want their support for the one year and have deleted them from our computer. They did misrepresent their company. After we called McAfee, they made it clear that they were not connected but on the first call, they let me think I was talking to McAfee and that they "switched" me to another department to handle our problem.

It is very unfortunate that the customer had an unpleasant experience with us. We serve thousands of customers and have had very positive feedback as well. We make it very clear in all our documentation that we are a third-party support.
We will audit the calls on our end and will take strict action if our agent has done any misrepresentation.The refund was already initiated on 02nd September and it should be in the customer's account.
