Please accept my apologies for this issue It appears to be a simple shipping error as the second item was simply missed when the package was shipped I am waiting to get the tracking number on the missing itemThank you!

All of the shipping timeframes are estimates, which when the items come from outside the country are partially out of our control. The tracking you see does not really show anything until it arrives in the US and is scanned into the *** postal system for final delivery. At this time the
package is clearing US customs so you should see it soon. Thank you! ***

Please accept my apologies for this late response.  I see you were able to get a response about a week ago from our customer service department stating that you will receive a full refund for the 2 missing watches.  This refund will be processed any day now. Thank you! Alan

Your refund was processed.  Customer service told you that it would take a week or so to see the refund so I'm not sure why you waste you time contacting the Revdex.com.  This then wastes my time responding and slows things like refunds down even further.
