I bought a *** premium digital key for my operating system. My computer is not comparable. So I can't use the product. After several days spent trying to get a refund they say that since the product key was given to me that can't give me a refund. However thierpolicy states that a customer can get a refund if the key was never used. I never successfully downloaded my software so technically it was never used. Why can't I receive a refund? Because they want to scam someone. I couldn't find any contact infoexcepta phone number that doesn't work and an ineffective chat.

Refund Refund the 19 I paid because I didn't get the product
The client bought a copy of *** Premium back on 04/03/2020. The customer texted us back on 04/04/2020 stating that the download was not available. To help the client, we have texted on 04 providing the download link with the key code to activate the product. Unfortunately, we did not receive any answer back from that time.
That code was already recieved and it did no good since my computer is not compatible I advised them of this a couple of days later. Even sent a screenshot. They told me they couldnt give my money back since the key was already provided. Then weeks later they wanted another screenshot. I refused and I'm calling this a wash. These people are just out for money.

Please note that we did not receive any screen capture from our customer. However, to make sure and to double verify, we appreciate if our client help us by providing the error again so we can help him either to fix it or to see if there is a possibility for a refund.
We have contacted the customer via email today.
