We discovered that this particular doctor may be involved in practices that go against our core values such as supporting drug addiction through the over-prescription of opiate and narcotic meditations to individuals who may not need the services When we discovered this we informed the client we could no longer work with them There is never any sort of year long contract, our services are always month to month and the client will be unable to produce this said "Year long contract" as he just called me and asked if I could send one to him after he filed a complaint, which is impossible because we do not have such a contract The money the client spent per month which was only $750/month was paid directly to Google for "click fee's" on his managed Google AdWords campaign and we also waived his setup fee which is normally $because he said he did not have any budget for our services

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The [redacted] of the business originally told me in an email that he was dropping me because his business was growing and could not handle small accounts He then told me the truth was that he at one point was addicted to pain medications and was having dreams about obtaining pain medication from me I have never met the [redacted] nor have I ever discussed my practice of medicine with him In the initial phone meeting we discussed services that I provide I work for the Texas Medical Board, and my philosophy of my practice is to wean patients off of medications The practice does not accept patients that are on high dose opiates, and the notion that we support addiction is slander [redacted] is correct about the contract, I thought there was one signed when I signed up on his website portal Since there is no contract, I will be unable to recoup any money I just hope in the future that [redacted] is honest, and if there is a personal conflict that he declines to provide services; instead of accepting money from small startup business Regards, [redacted]

I feel that this complaint should be closed and removed due to the fact that there is no actual complaint other than the fact that the said client is unhappy we will not take him on as a clientWe wish him the best of luck in the future

we could no longer work with them.  There is never any sort of year long contract, our services are always month to month and the client will be unable to produce this said "Year long contract" as he just called me and asked if I could send one to him after he filed a complaint, which is impossible because we do not have such a contract.  The money the client spent per month which was only $750/month was paid directly to Google for "click fee's" on his managed Google AdWords campaign and we also waived his setup fee which is normally $1000 because he said he did not have any budget for our services.

I am rejecting this response because:
The [redacted] of the business originally told me in an email that he was dropping me because his business was growing and could not handle small accounts.  He then told me the truth was that he at one point was addicted to pain medications and was having dreams about obtaining pain medication from me.  I have never met the [redacted] nor have I ever discussed my practice of medicine with him.  In the initial phone meeting we discussed services that I provide.  I work for the Texas Medical Board, and my philosophy of my practice is to wean patients off of medications.  The practice does not accept patients that are on high dose opiates, and the notion that we support addiction is slander.  [redacted] is correct about the contract, I thought there was one signed when I signed up on his website portal.  Since there is no contract, I will be unable to recoup any money.  I just hope in the future that [redacted] is honest, and if there is a personal conflict that he declines to provide services; instead of accepting money from small startup business.
