Worst Customer Service EverStay away from this companyWe recently purchased a smart phone in this store for my wifedays later the phone started having hardware issues I spent hours on the phone with Verizon level technical service where they had me restore the phone twice to factory settings along with several other diagnosticsWe determined that during reboot of the phone about 50% of the time the phone would not boot correctlyThey finally determined that the Hardware had a problem and would need to be replaced Verizon Technical Rep told me that it would be written up in the system to replace the phone and to take it to Digitell store where we purchased it and they would replace it with a new phoneI was on a plane the next morning at 6:am and gone for the remainder of the week so I told my wife to take it to the store to have them replace the phone All the authorization was in the system When she got to the store they told her they could not reproduce the error after the restored to factory settings If they had bothered to review the notes in the system they would have seen that the failure is intermittent and they should have rebooted the phone several times and the failure would have occurred So they would not replace the phone When I got back in town on Saturday I rebooted the a couple times to make sure it was fixed - the phone was not working and I took it into the store They refused to replace the phone because by this time it had been days which was day past the day exchange period I told them the phone was brought in prior to the day limit but there they would not replace the phone because they did not read the Verizon tech notes and could not reproduce the failure - they could have reproduced the failure if they had only reviewed the tech notes and rebooted because it fails out of times I finally was able to convince them to call Verizon technical service where the tech told them they should have replaced the phone and still should even though it was day The Verizon Service Tech said he could not force them to replace the phone because Digitell is not part of Verizon but the manager could make the decision to replace the phone The manager refused to replace the phone At this point I feel they took advantage of someone (my wife is not very technical) and refused to make it right even though Verizon advised them to replace the phone Stay away from this company they are some of the worst customer service I have ever personally been involved with in my 50+ years My qualifications - I am an electrical Design Engineer with years experience I know how to diagnose hardware issues

Worst Customer Service Ever. Stay away from this company. We recently purchased a smart phone in this store for my wife. 10 days later the phone started having hardware issues. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Verizon level 2 technical service where they had me restore the phone twice to factory settings along with several other diagnostics. We determined that during reboot of the phone about 50% of the time the phone would not boot correctly. They finally determined that the Hardware had a problem and would need to be replaced. Verizon Technical Rep told me that it would be written up in the system to replace the phone and to take it to Digitell store where we purchased it and they would replace it with a new phone.
