Hello I am writing due to a refund problem with the electronics company Digitnow. They have ignored my refund request despite my having returned the product as instructed. The device malfunctioned. I have the email correspondence with them and can forward them to you. I also have attached the receipt from my shipping the device back to them. Thank you for your help in this matter. I am not sure where to forward the emails,
