Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I received the check and I accept that but I do not accept what the business said about me signing a contract that said the annual payment was non-refundableI would like to see thatI have all the paperwork for the installation of the systemOn the paper it states how much that the monthly fee is and that it is payable annually but it does not say that it is non-refundable if I should move/cancel before the months expiresIf the business wants it to be a non-refundable payment it should clearly state that!
