Their customer service is the worst, the only reason I got this tv service is the live soccer games and everytime there is an important game, system is down phones are busy no solution for any problem , why because the way membership works is you pay for one year service upfront so they dont care after they get the money!!! They suck!!!
totally agree with negative reviews they are totally scam its impossible to cancel service you need spent hours in the phone their web membership dictate to you renwal and just for soccer I bought months membership they charge my account times some us attorney must prohibit them to collect money in usa a billion dollar business company must not be this much rude against their customer I close my paypal acc, because I get sick of fight for cancellation finally I decided to close my paypal to get rid of them their office is fake in a commercial depot area of queens no one is there just a fake address please some consumer regulators take action about those monopoly gangs and remind them that this country has some consumer regulations
