I agree with everything the previous reviewer said: This must be the most disrespectful business ever. Their service and product (the box, that is) are the worst I've ever seen. What's worse, it is impossible to get a hold of them when there is a problem. Of course, why would they help you? They are the monopoly for broadcasting Turkish soccer games and have no incentive to help since they collect their fee in advance. They didn't respond to my complaint even though I submitted it through NY BBB. Terrible service from a terrible company, for short. Avoid if you can.

totally agree with negative reviews
they are totally scam its impossible to cancel service you need spent hours in the phone their web membership dictate to you renwal and just for soccer I bought 3 months membership they charge my account 3 times
some us attorney must prohibit them to collect money in usa.
a billion dollar business company must not be this much rude against their customer
I close my paypal acc, because I get sick of fight for cancellation finally I decided to close my paypal to get rid of them.
their office is fake in a commercial depot area of queens no one is there just a fake address.
please some consumer regulators take action about those monopoly gangs and remind them that this country has some consumer regulations.

İ am sick and tired of the loud comercials. İf İ leave the room and god forbid a comercial comes on İ have to run into the room to turn the volume down. Why do this to your customers this is insane.

Review: This is an online TV broadcasting service, originating from Turkey. I purchased their package to watch Turkish soccer games. More often than not, I lose connection while watching the games. And exactly during those times, their website doesn't work, and they either do not pick up the phone or their line is always busy. They do not refund my money for the service they do not provide either.

They way this service works is: You buy the subscription for a year and pay in advance. Then they do not have any incentive to fix any issues since they already collected their money.

They should either fix these issues and bring their service up to US standards, or be banned from doing business in the US.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money for two weeks of service (I missed the games twice due to service disconnect), or extend my subscription for two weeks.

Review: They put you on hold and never come to the phone today alone I was on hold 16 mins gave up at the end. Their customer service phone numbers not posted anywhere in their website you need spend 10'a of minutes to find it. You can sign up to open an account but you can not cancel your account online.

Their product does not work as they say nor you can connect to their application. The only correct thing is to charge your credit card.

Please file complaints against this company may be they can get it correctdDesired Settlement: Need them to call me to cancel my account. I can not reach to them.

Review: Digiturk does not allow customers to select "non-auto renewal" when acepting subscriptions.

Digiturk does not list a phone number on their website to reach to cancel a subscription neither.

Digiturk cannot process [redacted] credit cards.

Digiturk changed my password without notifying me on or before 8/*/2015. When I was able to finally reach them, they told me a password that was assigned by them (a provider usually themselves don't know the clients' password and it should be handled automatically and securely).

Until figuring out Digiturk changed my password, for sometime I wasn't able to access the content, yet when I reached them, they refused to refund me for the months I haven't used yet, when I wanted to cancel my subscription.

This is an extremely poor service and I should be refunded by the remaining months when I tried to cancel.Desired Settlement: I should be refunded by the remaining months when I tried to cancel. None of the sport content is active yet since my subscription, hence in fact I should be refunded by the full $149 that was paid on May **, 2015.

As the shipping agent for Digiturk, we have notified their billing/finance department in regards to your membership. They have attempted to contact you by phone and email address since receiving this complaint, however they were unsuccessful. Their customer service is the worst, the only reason I got this tv service is the live soccer games and everytime there is an important game, system is down phones are busy no solution for any problem , why because the way membership works is you pay for one year service upfront so they dont care after they get the money!!! They suck!!!

Review: There is no broadcast from the web tv especially during the soccer matches. It logs you on but no broadcast.Desired Settlement: I would like this company stop business practices in USA.
