I am the owner Neil Sargisian and was the one who helped *** determine the cause of the problem he had with his DigiXstream box I have explained to the customer that the bulk value of the support provided is on the 'first phone call' and that I can not accept refunds under any circumstance
because that leaves DigiXstream Shop open for scams, and of course time we share with each serviced customer IS filled with valuable education that can not be returned to us Our time is of course valuable just like the information we share Our DigiXstream Shop can not afford to spend mins or more on the phone with each and every person 'For Free' who has purchased a discounted unit from a 3rd party and now needs support of some kind.DigiXstream Shop is not the manufacturer of DigiXstream Android TV Boxes, nor does the manufacture provided direct supportDigiXstream Shop is an Authorised Dealer who also offers paid support for 3rd party purchases.These 3rd party resellers (similar to the one that solda unit to MrDaniel) sell 1000's of these units each day and many of their customers contact our DigiXstream Shop to order our tech support Probably more than half of our support calls comes from customers who think their is something wrong with their unit until we teach them how to check their internet speeds and we help them to determine if they need to improve their internet speeds in order to give their unit the proper amount of internet juice needed for an optimal experience Many of these customers have no clue even how much internet speed they have going to them until we teach them how to check This whole process takes valuable time out of our day of course, so we have designed our support calls in a way that provided as much information as possible on the first call, so that we can hopefully avoid any need of any other support calls from that customer in the futureThat does not mean they can ask for a refund based on their own judgement of what they think we should return to back them based on how much time they were on the phone with us.
