Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I was semi unaware that they did have a support e-mail that I could have contacted themI did send the message to the wrong e-mail address and I will send my concern regarding my repair order to the proper e-mailI do apologize to [redacted] for my complaint to the Revdex.comI did not mean to mar their reputation and they have best, if not, the greatest product I have ever purchased from them or anyone else Regards, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:We are in receipt of the Revdex.com Complaint dated March 2, 2016, ID: [redacted] .We have provided material information as quickly as our investigation was concluded and our shipping partner’s investigation was concluded.In response to your complaint, we would like to provide you with the following supporting evidence that we, the company DigiXStream, LLChave, related to this incident including but not limited to, detailed shipping information to the customer on record of the complaint and technical support for the product for which the customer purchased.Let’s first address the timeline for the order, shipping and delivery of the product to the customer.On February 23, 2016, at 10:23:27, an order was placed by the customer for a DigiXStream, DLfor which they paid $plus $for next day shippingThis order was effected via our website, www.digixstream.comThe unit was shipped that same day and delivered the next day by USPS to the mailbox on February 24, at 1:PM per the USPS tracking information which can be provided if required and verified.Upon shipment of every unit, an email is sent to the customerIn the email, it contains tracking information of the orderWe make sure we send tracking and confirmation email to every customer for each transaction so they can follow the order in case there is an issueThis order was no differentAn email was sent to the customer and the order was delivered the following dayWe have contacted our shipping agent (Shipstation) to help verify what happened to the email for this order and they verified that the email was bounced from the customer email accountBelow you will find the contents of their email investigation to us which will satisfy the complaint by the upset customer

In response to the complaint, we have not received written notice from the complainant via our email: [redacted] We also DO NOT offer a phone number for support calls or complaintsAll support questions are made via email: [redacted] In regards to the complainants submission, we make every effort to provide a quick turn around and had the customer not called just ANY number that they found and rather contacted us through the proper channels or contacted us via email at [redacted] , we would have gladly provided him with an update to the status of the repair order We are sorry that they had to refer to this method and try to smear us with regards to our support but we have a stellar record Many of our parts for repair are not always readily available as they come from China and therefore can only provide service based on that availability We would have prompted told them of this.This is our response
