Review: I had purchased a voucher for 2 hours of electric services from this business. The first time I called, all my contact information was taken down and I provided information on the work that I needed to get done. I was told the electrician is available to come on Saturday. Then, I told them that I had the voucher and was willing to pay extra for the extra time that will be required for the job. After that I was told that the electrician will contact me the same evening to review the details of the work and time estimate. No call from electrician in the evening. Next day, I call back and the same lady answers the phone and tells me the electrician was busy the previous day and will surely call me back today. I asked if I can have a cell number or email of the electrician, she refused to provide that. Second day no call. I called at least two more times several days apart. Also, submitted the request on their website asking the electrician to call back. Still no response.

This to me appears to be a failure to comply with the terms of the voucher. If I wasn't using the voucher my appointment would have been scheduled during the first call. This is a very poor business practice and very disappointing customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like my appointment to be scheduled promptly for a date in the near future. Expecting to receive reasonable service from the business. An apology and an explanation for the lack of response would be nice. Change in communication procedures is recommended for the business - make commitments that can be kept, be honest, truthful, and respect client needs & time. Thank you.
