I am extremely disappointed and upset with this medical office! My mother made an initial first time appointment with Dr. Heidi Baker, two months ago! When she arrived she was informed that Heidi Baker no longer works there and my mother doesn't even have an appointment that day or time now. The first thing I would like to know is why didn't anyone call? Why didn't anyone take over her clients? My mother is 67 and has some medical conditions that are scaring her. She made this appointment two months ago and now they're telling her she has to wait another two months before even coming into see a different doctor. How was she supposed to know that doctors even going to be there? This is very frustrating and disappointing as we have been looking forward to this appointment for two months straight. Who does this? Dignity health thats who! Very Easley a phone call to be made or switch her to a different provider! Not even a phone call! So disappointing! I'm going to take this as far as I possibly can!
