I first purchase 2 graves ,but went back about week later to let them know that I only need the one and I was told that they would make the adjustment and they would mail me the deed as soon as it was ready ,to this day I have not receive it and I continue to receive bill for payments WHICH THE GRAVE WAS PAID IN FULL, My lawyer wrote the check to them from a wrongful death suit in the full amount of the headstone 3227.57 for my mother [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Headstone/GraveAccount_Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXDesired SettlementMy Desire settlement is that the headstone be place down before Thanksgiving and that they mail a copy of the deed to the property that I purchase or give me my money as soon as possible, because this has gone on long enough..
