I am rejecting this response because:
I am a peaceful and caring person that is very stressed out because I make a lot of complaints and now have become a so-called whistleblowerI spoke to mr*** because both of us are both in the aviation industry and he is well aware that I speak up to the FAA and Congress about issues that are extremely serious involving matters of life and deathI clearly told mister *** that I use audio and visual recordings to verify everything because if you don't have audio and visual recordings your word is kind of worthlessWe both are brothers in aviation stating a lot about how political and unsafe Aviation isMr*** made some statements that I will not stay here but if he would give me permission to use all of the audio and visual recordings to post on YouTube that could explain things completely! Today I came completely prepared following all laws the best of my knowledge showing up at digital MagicI spoke to a couple of people, that once again if I could use all audio and visual recordings to post to YouTube or you can view them privately at your convenience to verify what was saidMister *** pointed to a sign and clearly stated something about an attorney and how legal a sign was posted on their wall, I showed everybody my sign, once again I can let you review audio and visual recordings of this signThere is a lot of information that I am not stating here because I am stressed out and there is just so much to respond toWith mr*** pointing to a sign referring to the law, he is more than welcome to go to the FAA with my audio and visual recordings and discuss whether or not he is a safe pilotI am not the FAA an attorney or a police officer, I am a person voicing my opinionI think the stress is way out of control, Don mentioned that he would trade my stress any dayI just went to the emergency room for stress-related issuesThis has nothing to do about a printer or whether or not mr*** violated Federal Aviation regulationsIt's about us getting along and moving forwardIf Mr *** doesn't like what I say about Federal Aviation regulations he should make up a sign in his balloon that clearly states Landing regulationsJust to be completely clear!!! This is about peace happiness voicing my opinion and moving forwardIf anyone is stressing out over this you are taking it wrongI'm not telling you how to run your business, but I like factually voicing my opinionPeace, ***

Attached is our policy on special orders. Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of this.This is a statement from my salesman. He brought in a printer that was not working correctly. He was told that we don't work on printers but would take a look. He was told the printer was old...

and it would probably be near the cost of a new printer. He asked for a price on a new printer and was told $129.99.  He wanted it and  put it on his credit card. He called the next day and wanted to cancel the order but the printer was already in transit. To return the printer, we would have paid restocking charge.We would also pay shipping. He stated the he was a professional whistle blower and could make trouble for us. This is my response to Mr. [redacted]'s statement. He was not charged the normal $30.00 diagnostic fee to put the printer on the bench. He was told that old printers are usually not worth fixing. As far as an 11th grader fixing another printer, how do we know  that they were the same exact models or that the problem was exactly the same. As far as the tech keeping the printer or reselling it, We don't sell used printers here and if it was left here it went to a recycler to be disposed of. In my final conversation with Mr. [redacted] I reminded him of the no return policy. I offered to buy the printer out of my own pocket for $100.00.  He then asked to speak to Mr. [redacted].  I told him that he could talk to Mr. [redacted] but that I had the final word in the matter. He reminded me that he was a whistle blower and I told him there is an offer on the table. Take the offer or don't but this conversation is over. He left the store. We have found a buyer for the printer and I will pay Mr. [redacted] $113.58 which contains a 20% restocking fee. I am refunding all of his sales tax he paid. But this is my final offer.  The check will be mailed when the offer is accepted since I wish no further dealings with Mr. [redacted].Don [redacted], President
