I am rejecting this response because I personally went to their store and was told that they are reviewing the pictures ( taken by tech) and we will get replacementI would the store manager to come over and have him take pictures.For the non cancellation policy, if the delivered goods are not the same as the one in the showroom this should be ads

I am rejecting this response because they already sent technician to take pictures and waitedI personally went to the store and was told to wait but I never get a replacement

We apologize for the wait, but we still haven't received pictures. When we sent our tech out he said nothing was wrong. So in order for us to replace any parts we need to show proof to the manufacture that you received a defected item. As printed on our invoice, we have a "No Cancellation" policy. As for that we will do the best to resolve your issue through manufacture. If you can please email the defected pictures to our email, [redacted], we can move on with the process.  Thank You

We have been trying to contact customer for pictures to send to manufacture upon manufactures request, but no answer. We will contact customer again to get the defected images of sofa and send them to manufacture to complete the process of replacing defected parts.
