The customer service is exceptional when calling for information or to request delivery. Always receive our propane within two days of request, and always asked if we need sooner. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for fuel service.
After talking to several of the Big Propane companies in the area we contacted DiLeo. We chose DiLeo for our conversion from electric to propane because of their willingness to work with us instead of putting restrictions and lock in clauses on us as the bigger propane companies wanted to do. Mr DiLeo personally assisted us in getting the tank, helped us determine the best location, coordinated the electrical work and worked with our landscaper for digging and placement. Once the job was done everything worked great. When I call for a delivery and am sometimes home when it comes, I get to speak with Mr. DiLeo personally about how everything is going. They really understand customer service!
Best prices around and always timely deliveries. When I was looking around for a house we called them because it was heated with propane. We needed a little bit for a home inspection. The owner personally came out to put enough propane in so we could move forward with the inspection. You will not find a better company to deal with that actually cares about the customers.
This is an excellent company with great customer service, very affordable pricing! They are very prompt with deliveries and considerate during unusual circumstances. I have two little kids and when I have requested an expedited service they were always understanding and helpful. Everyone I have talked to on the phone is really polite and professional. I am very glad to have switched my service to them a couple of years ago! Highly recommend them!
