Ms*** *** ordered a Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak with bleu cheese on the sideShe called back stating that her sandwich was too spicy, so I offered the option of
having her come back to pick up a new sandwichWhen she picked up the new sandwich, she brought back the first sandwich and the side of bleu cheeseShe left, then called back again stating that we didn't give her the bleu cheese, which I did recall had not been placed in the bagI was truly sorry for overlooking that matterShe asked me if someone could deliver it to her or credit her for the sandwichI tried explaining to her that our restaurant does not deliver, reason being that we cannot have that liability of something happening to the employee that leaves the buildingI did, however, explain to her that the only thing I could credit her for was the $for the missing bleu cheese, because that was the only part of her order that was missingShe was very unhappy that she was missing a part of her order, so she threatened to contact the Revdex.comI never raised my voice with the customer, I was calm and collectedI tried my best to fix the problemI never "flipped out" on Ms*** ***, and I apologize if she took it that way.Thank you,*** ***
