The house key was mailed to them over a month ago.I hope to be back in town the week of Dec 12th.

The sheeting needed to repair the cabinet is on backorderI have called and checked on it several times, and will continue to do soI have offered to repair the floor where the water damage is around the cabinetI have the trim for the doorway, I was hoping to install in when I went back to
replace the wood back panel and repair the inside of the base cabinet

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept the reply from Mr***He has failed to address our concerns in a timely mannerIt has been over two months since he was contacted regarding the issues we wanted covered under his warrantyHis response that he hopes to be back in town the week of the 12th doesn’t provide any more assurance than his previous repliesWe can’t count on him contacting us the week of the 12th since he implies that he might not be back in townMy house has been in disarray since AugustI have been waiting for Mr*** to honor his warranty since September and we still haven’t received our house keyThis is unacceptableWhen I originally contacted Mr*** about this job he was very attentiveHe even returned my first phone call regarding an estimate while he was on a cruiseHe and his son responded promptly to each phone call and text once they were hiredUnfortunately, since I paid him it is almost impossible to get him to respondI have left messages for him on his voice mail, sent text messages to both him and his son and lastly sent an email to him indicating the items we wanted addressed under his warrantyWe've gotten few responses from Mr*** since August and they have been brief and vagueI finally had to resort to contacting the Revdex.com to get him to respond to me and still his response is unacceptableI don’t feel that I should have to continue waiting indefinitely to have the damage repaired that was caused by Mr*** and his subcontractorAll I’m asking is that Mr*** refund my money so that I can hire a professional to fix the damage caused by him and his subcontractorA refund won't cover the cost to fix all the damage caused by Mr***I only included in the original complaint the hardwood floors, the accommodation’s while the hardwood floors are stained and refinished, the repair to the dining room wall, the replacement of the paint stained carpet, the kitchen cabinet and the baseboardsI didn’t include my personal hand towels, the family room carpet and the linoleum that the subcontractor damaged or having to have all of my locks rekeyed since my key seems to be lostIf necessary, I can provide estimates and pictures showing the damageIf necessary, I can provide estimates and pictures showing the damage
