business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept the reply from Mr. [redacted]. He has failed to address our concerns in a timely manner. It has been over two months since he was contacted regarding the issues we wanted covered under his warranty. His response that he hopes to be back in town the week of the 12th doesn’t provide any more assurance than his previous replies. We can’t count on him contacting us the week of the 12th since he implies that he might not be back in town. My house has been in disarray since August. I have been waiting for Mr. [redacted] to honor his warranty since September and we still haven’t received our house key. This is unacceptable. When I originally contacted Mr. [redacted] about this job he was very attentive. He even returned my first phone call regarding an estimate while he was on a cruise. He and his son responded promptly to each phone call and text once they were hired. Unfortunately, since I paid him it is almost impossible to get him to respond. I have left messages for him on his voice mail, sent text messages to both him and his son and lastly sent an email to him indicating the items we wanted addressed under his warranty. We've gotten few responses from Mr. [redacted] since August and they have been brief and vague. I finally had to resort to contacting the Revdex.com to get him to respond to me and still his response is unacceptable. I don’t feel that I should have to continue waiting indefinitely to have the damage repaired that was caused by Mr. [redacted] and his subcontractor. All I’m asking is that Mr. [redacted] refund my money so that I can hire a professional to fix the damage caused by him and his subcontractor. A refund won't cover the cost to fix all the damage caused by Mr. [redacted]. I only included in the original complaint the hardwood floors, the accommodation’s while the hardwood floors are stained and refinished, the repair to the dining room wall, the replacement of the paint stained carpet, the kitchen cabinet and the baseboards. I didn’t include my personal hand towels, the family room carpet and the linoleum that the subcontractor damaged or having to have all of my locks rekeyed since my key seems to be lost. I have met with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted], We have agreed on a start and finish date for their project.

The house key was mailed to them over a month ago.I hope to be back in town the week of Dec 12th.
