Review: Our family rented a home from this realty company for the week of 7/19 through 7/26/2014. We were assured that it was in good condition & clean. When we arrived, we found the home very dirty, especially the carpeting, duct tape holding the front door screen together, duct tape on the refrigerator door shelves, a bed held up with paint cans, filthy, stained bed pillows & an old television left on the patio! Several other issues also, but not as bad as these.At checkout, I was told by [redacted], our agent to email the photos & list of complaints & they would contact the owner. After two emails from me with no response at all, I sent another email & told them if I did not get a response within 48 hours, I would contact the Better Business of New Jersey. I will also inform my own clients & friends who often vacation in Avalon & Stone Harbor, not to use this realty company. Shame on them!Desired Settlement: I feel that a partial refund would be acceptable. As I stated in my email to them, just because a rental house is near the beach & has a pool is no excuse for filth & disrepair.We were so disappointed in the condition, we feel some sort of refund is justified.Thank you.
