Wonderful experience with installation of my new heat and air system. Very professional and trustworthy. They were genuine and actually care about the customer. I would highly recommend.

Came to the very next day to look at my air conditioning unit over a holiday weekend. Very happy with the fast service.

We have been will Dilling for over 20 years. We would use no one else.

When we moved into our house in 2004 we had the furnace die right away. We called Dilling and they built our new furnace from scratch.

This time the ancient AC unit had some problems during inspection. Time for a new one. With Dilling we feel comfortable with whatever they recommend.

Tate,Technician was most professional and honest. I have 3 units the way my house is designed. One of the units Friday was low on refrigerant and the evaporator is leaking . Dilling Heating & Cooling immediately filed a claim with *** because they are famous for a leaking evaporator core. They may buy the part or deny the claim. Doesn't matter. Dillon did all they could to help me. Unit is almost 10 years old and unfortunately whatever manufacturer you choose the life on the a/c is 9-12 years which is disgusting. Everything is made by our great friend China. Will decide to either replace the evaporator core or replace the system which is a 4 ton. Will do what Kirby O advises. He helped me so much 2 years ago replacing a worthless heat pump system with a top grade system. He can engineer a system and the results were perfect. When I bought this house in July 2016 the owners went with a heat pump. I had 9 ducts and 80% 0f the air flow was going to 4 ducts. Kirby relocated the location of the unit and replaced all the duct work and it is perfect. Great HVAC people are almost impossible to find!

Jay was friendly and professional. He was on time and he was very informative. He serviced in upstairs and downstairs unit in under two hours.
He also helped set up our thermostat with our Wi-Fi.
He installed a unit in the overflow part of our upstairs furnace that will protect us from any potential flooding from emergency overflow that might damage the ceiling.
I don't know if I'll ever need it, but in case of an emergency and two clogged pipes, our ceiling will be protected.
I'm gonna tell my insurance company and get some lower rates.

I usually have folks come in from American Home shield and they are in and out in 30 minutes, but usually less. The guys from Dilling were at my home for an hour. They were extremely thorough and very polite. I am very glad that the units were serviced by them. I am confident that they did a great job.

My tech came out and not only found what was wrong with my AC (severe corrosion), but deduced the outdoor exhaust from my gas furnace was the culprit causing all the electrical connections to corrode!!! Great trouble shooting!

I just had my AC unit serviced for the season. Tate did a very good job of cleaning the unit and checking that the unit was working properly. I have been a Dilling customer for a number of years and I like doing business with local companies.
