Regarding [redacted]'s comments, we were fully aware of the terms and conditions of the contract, but the fact that [redacted] agreed to refund the money and then reneged on that promise with a whole variety of excuses is what we had a problem with.  It is poor business by anyone's standard.

Ordered a concrete pug statue in August 2014 at the Crawford county Fair. It was to be painted black and a photo was to be emailed. Paula called & lefties message about no received. I called her back and instructed to paint it all black. That was October 2014. I then visited the Crawford County Fair in 2015 and asked about my order. Remember folks I paid for it in August 2014 and have my receipt to prove it. I was told that if I didn't pick it up then it probably was sold and also that I could go to Conneaut Lake, PA and look in the fenced in area to see if it is still there. What good was that idea. I still had to find someone to let me in to get it if it was there. Going to Conneaut Lake to see for myself was way out of line. Anyone in business would know that the owner would check the status of the order and where it is. Still as of February 20,2016 I have yet to receive the pug statue or my refund of funds. At this point I want my REFUND. Fair goers BEWARE. Just like a true carney person. Don't pay in advance for your order. It's disgusting that you pay for something and don't get it. Reading other reviews on this company, it seams to be the same trail. Sent a letter to her requesting my refund over two weeks now and not a response. Also talking with other, they don't have a good reputation in delivering and thus delivering on time

Review: On Aug., 4th 20141 purchased a carport from [redacted] of [redacted]sin Conneaut lake pa she is a dealer for Carolina carports in northCarolina.l was told it would take two to eight weeks to be delivered andassembled, after almost double the time it was to take and a bunch ofphone calls to Carolina and [redacted] I finally got scheduled for nov 5th, thecarport was to be built at my camp three hours away so on the drive upfrom my home, Carolina called and said it was delayed one day, noproblem well it kept getting delayed day after day until the 8th I alreadymissed three days of work and could not miss more, so I called [redacted] andshe told me she would give me my deposit back if I cancelled the order.That was on Friday the seventh well I did not receive my deposit of493 20 and [redacted] will not return my calls. I think that is bad businessand I would not have cancelled if I knew she was deceiving me and hopethis can be resolved without taking the matter to court. Review: An order was cancelled and a refund of the deposit was agreed on October 14th 2013. The refund did not materialize and was chased up on December 12th 2013 whereby we were told that it was going to be done, but the owner was behind with paperwork due to a fall and a couple of weeks off work. We were fine with this. It had not materialized by January 28th and was again chased up. We were told it would be sent out immediately and that they were sorry. We wrote to them (certified mail) on April 1st as the refund had not materialized and it was signed for as received on April 7th 2014. We requested politely that they refund the promised money and gave them 2 weeks from receipt to do so. We felt that adequate time. It is now May 14th and still we have received no communication or refund from them.Desired Settlement: We would simply like our deposit refunded as was PROMISED by the supplier so that this matter can be put behind us.
