Dilliplaine Floor Covering

Review: We had this business install hardwood and tile flooring in our newly constructed home and were unhappy with the unleveled areas of tile in the kitchen which made placing furniture and waste cans difficult. The hardwood flooring has areas of squeaking when walking on it and does not feel like it is attached to the subfloor. Also, the product used has very small to length pieces of wood that add a lot of joints to the flooring which makes it uncomfortable to walk on and difficult to clean. This business was notified as to our complaints and because we paid the bill he does not feel obligated to solve these issues.Desired Settlement: We would like the above matters resolved.
