I am surprised no one has reviewed Dillon yet, I just ordered my new xl650 from Brian Enos, and had to do a lot of research. Of that research I came out with countless reviews of Dillon and their "No BS" warranty. it's just amazing people that sent in 20 year old products. That were giving a complete overhaul free of charge with an itemized list of what the upgraded and replaced. The true definition of "buy once, cry once".

The things to consider with buying anything from Dillon your going to pay retail period, if you sell it 10 down the road you most likely get 80-90% of retail mostly due to shipping cost.
Don't expect anything for free every extra option cost money, if you buy any tool like a 400 dollar drill you don't ask for a set of bits to be thrown in for free, these presses are the same way.
Come up with a game plan, prioritize your cost start a list of what you want/need and in what order. it can get expensive buying options

The only problem I've had with Dillon in the past is their long call wait times.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The part was removed from a STOCK unit, never automated. As discussed multiple times with [redacted], we SOLD our ONE automated unit. The part referenced would not have been used on a unit with automation. They know this and are trying to use this excuse to void warranties of all my presses. We currently own 7 Dillon 1050's and they are ALL stock (hand crank) units. They are now claiming a solid date in which the markings took place. When talking with them over the phone they didn't mention the markings until after they tried the automation excuse. At that time they told me the markings took place "about a year ago" and mine "should have" (not definitely) been marked. I purchased this unit from a stocking wholesaler. What if they had ordered machines for stock prior to marking date and then this machine sat in their inventory for 4-5 months?? Mind blowing, I know!

Regards,

The part this customer submitted, had it been purchased when he claimed it was, would have been marked so we could identify what month and year the part was assembled into a machine, or if it was sent as a replacement part. This dating encoding began in November, 2013. The part he submitted was not...

marked, which means it was sent out prior to November, 2013, and is beyond the one year warranty on this machine. Additionally, the customer has told us in the past that he had automated our equipment. Doing so is considered an unauthorized modification, and as such we are not responsible for parts damage resulting from such modification. This customer had been made aware of this prior to this instance.

As we stated previously, Dillon Precision began marking the broken part in question starting in November, 2013. Due to the cost of this model of machine there is no likelihood of a new machine sitting in a box on a dealers' shelf unsold for 14 months. The customer claims to have purchased this machine in January, 2015. Next, the nature of the break of the part in question does not reflect normal wear and tear. The warranty for the Super 1050 is for one-year against normal wear. We are willing to offer the customer the opportunity to purchase a replacement part at 50% off of the retail price as a courtesy.
