In response to a complaint filed with the Revdex.com of Metropolitan Houston about Holidaz By Dezign in a letter from the Revdex.com dated July 17, received By Holidaz by Dezign .July 19, the follow response
Holidaz By Dezign is sole proprietorship with whom the customer entered in to a contract on April 14, to furnish decor for an event on December , in which a $deposit was paid.
On July 14, 2014 customer phoned Holidaz by Dezign and spoke with myself to inform me that the event had been canceled and she would be requesting a refund of her deposit. The customer was informed that I was already in the planing of the event and had made purchases of supplies for the event and would need time to return the items and get her the refund . I also explained once again I am a sole proprietorship and it would take me a few days in which to make the needed returns and issue the refund as I had other jobs that I was working that week. The customer teand called no less that times while I was with other clientsI did respond to one text to inform her it may be a couple of days
On July 17, a cashiers check in the amount of $was purchased and customer was given the choice to meet or have the check mailed, the customer choose the latter and check was placed in the mail on July 17,
Holidaz By Dezign considers this matter closed and resolved
