Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint If needed, I can provide a detailed log of contacts made to Ernie D- the President of the organization, who I wanted to speak with regarding the quality of service I was receiving from his support staff as well as [redacted] Wwho was the individual responding to the complaint [redacted] recently changes her title for CEO, but for the time I was working with her team, was not acting in that capacity and was not competently handling the issues with my site In addition, during a conversation with [redacted] directly in August, I shared with her that it was ridiculous that Ernie was not returning my call, to which she agreed.It is correct, that the support team made small updates for me over the period of time that I was the client, and at an individual level (to support team staff) I showed appreciation for their help That said, I have repeatedly asked to speak with the President of the organization (the individual who sold services to me, and told me he was my main point of contact) and there was never a response from him In addition, there was never a correspondence indicating that he had left the company, and I am well aware he communicates regularly with other clients.Being offered training is irrelevant to this matter, as it was service and strategy related.Last, I have not paid additional fees since switching my account over to a new provider, and am still seeking reimbursement for the last months of service Again, if a full log is needed of attempted correspondence with the company president, I will provide that I have absolutely been in touch with them to let them know that my expectation is a conversation with the organization's President (Ernie D.) to work through the issues, and have not received a response from him Their approach has been rude and unprofessional, and a large waste of my companies time and resources Regards, [redacted] ***r

If needed, I can provide a detailed log of contacts made to Ernie D. - the President of the organization, who I wanted to speak with regarding the quality of service I was receiving from his support staff as well as [redacted] W. who was the individual responding to the complaint.  [redacted] recently changes her title for CEO, but for the time I was working with her team, was not acting in that capacity and was not competently handling the issues with my site.  In addition, during a conversation with [redacted] directly in August, I shared with her that it was ridiculous that Ernie was not returning my call, to which she agreed.It is correct, that the support team made small updates for me over the period of time that I was the client, and at an individual level (to support team staff) I showed appreciation for their help.  That said, I have repeatedly asked to speak with the President of the organization (the individual who sold services to me, and told me he was my main point of contact) and there was never a response from him.  In addition, there was never a correspondence indicating that he had left the company, and I am well aware he communicates regularly with other clients.Being offered training is irrelevant to this matter, as it was service and strategy related.Last, I have not paid additional fees since switching my account over to a new provider, and am still seeking reimbursement for the last 6 months of service.  Again, if a full log is needed of attempted correspondence with the company president, I will provide that.  I have absolutely been in touch with them to let them know that my expectation is a conversation with the organization's President (Ernie D.) to work through the issues, and have not received a response from him.  Their approach has been rude and unprofessional, and a large waste of my companies time and resources.

(CEO or President depending on the date) on the following dates.  This does not include multiple voicemail messages left for him as well.20148/1 (3 attempts made)8/199/8/9/159/199/2210/311/2011/3020154/168/148/178/188/21 (2 attempts made)8/228/248/25 (2 attempts made)8/28 (2 attempts made)8/309/59/178/288/309/59/1710/410/1910/2211/1311/16Regardless of the fact that there was a change (with [redacted] role), Ernie was ignoring me well before it was made.  In addition, I never said "I do not want to talk to you."  I simply said I was looking to connect with Ernie (still signing, sending all bills, and the person who worked with me to establish my website).  I wanted to talk to him primarily about the poor level of service being received as it related to my website and once [redacted] joined, in particular regarding her clear lack of knowledge on why issues were occurring so frequently.  There was a point where on a daily basis I was noticing issues with my site - somethin I find it very appropriate to approach the founder and President/CEO on.  As well as the person who sold me services.So I am looking for my last 6 months of paid service to be reimbursed.  While I recognize that I have not paid bills for the last 2 months (again, in the midst of a switch), I withheld them specifically because I was planning to pursue reimbursement either through these means or legally.   I considered requesting reimbursement back to when the major issues began (September of last year), bit felt that 6 months would be more appropriate.
I can provide full correspondence documenting the emails to Ernie on the dates above, as well as copies of bills, letters and emails addressed by Ernie.  Last, I have documentation (from another DiMalanta Design customer) showing that Ernie is active in the organization and supporting other customers.

CEO & Founder stepped out of the day to day activities with Dimalanta Design Group.  During the growth process all clients received notification on all of the changes within DDG. July/2015 notice to all clients that our Support Team will be servicing and supporting all website hosting service needs. This was a detail email that was sent providing steps on how to.[redacted] did have concerns with the function of the website.  I had several conversations with [redacted] asking if I could resolve and/or have a deeper conversation.  [redacted] had requested to review with [redacted] several times in writing and also verbal conversations where [redacted] has replied "I really do not want to talk with you".  DDG Support Staff and Design Staff has asked about changing the layout (providing solutions to fix broken widget on the website) our Support Staff and Design Staff has been responsive to providing updates and addressing the updates that where needed to be addressed to this older website. Within the log of correspondences you can see dates and overview that DDG Service Staff has offered training sessions as well as offered additional support outside of the scope of the service agreement to address the changes and updates needed to the design of [redacted] website.   You will also see early on email replies from Ernie D. our CEO and Founder addressing [redacted] request also a call log to [redacted] asking her to contact [redacted] W. President as well as connecting with our Support Team so [redacted] would work within the companies Service Support scope so that all request would receive service support.  Ernie left that message for [redacted] asking her to follow up with [redacted] W. and DDG Support Team since he is no longer working within the company.  DDG has been responsive to request, updates and edits to [redacted] website .  When it comes to certifications and verifications of expiring yearly updates and re-writing code.  So for [redacted] to say that DDG has not been responsive is unjust.  DDG Support Staff was willing to work with [redacted] request while still recommending that she make changes in the buildout of her website with her continual push back. [redacted] has been delinquent on payment of service since 8/15 and continued to be unresponsive to payment request.   Dimalanta Design Group continued to support [redacted] with an outstanding payment as well as continual request to have a conversation on upgrading and addressing the issues, while [redacted] would only say that she "really did not want to talk with the staff."   [redacted] had every opportunity to address payment via calls un-answered, letters and emails.  So for [redacted] to ask for reimbursement for 6 months of service and for this complaint to be seen as approved of failure to provide service and service follow through is not appropriate.  It is not clear if [redacted] is asking DDG to resolve this complaint by waiving the outstanding balance owed.   Please note at this time there has not been any additional fees applied to clients account.
