I purchased living room furniture from this company last week and yesterday (April 8th) was the delivery date I attempted to call the store non-stop to determine when the furniture would be arriving There was no answer and the voicemail was not setup From my research this has been a pattern for them for at least the last 6-months I emailed them, no response I sent a message on [redacted] and eventually got a response around p.mindicating the moving guys would deliver and would call soon About 5:I tried contacting the again, no one had showed up Same with p.m., no response AT MIDNIGHT THEY SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR TO DELIVER FURNITURE Who does this!!!!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable Caveat Emptor on this one (buyer beware)

We ordered a sectional sofa to be delivered on July 25, We placed a deposit of $cash for the total of $The salesperson said he would call us on July 24, to schedule a delivery time, but he didn't This company does not have voicemail and you have to call several times until you get lucky and someone picks up They promised us at different times during the day on July 25, saying that they were comingNo one showed the entire day When we finally got a hold of them on July 26, 2015, they said that the drivers confused our order with someone else's and that they wouldn't have our furniture until July 27, Yet, no one called to let us know or to reschedule It was too risky to trust this business again for another delivery dateWe already wasted an entire Saturday waiting for them, so we asked for the deposit of $backThey said, "No." After reading the other complaints on the Revdex.com we realized that there was no recourse for customers receiving damaged goods or the wrong itemWe asked the man if we could inspect the goods at the door first (if they ever came at all)He said, "No, you have to pay first." Dime Furniture only accepts cash or debitYou have to take them to small claims court to get any resolution Normally, in a regular business transaction, paying upfront for goods would be okayThis is what you do with [redacted] and [redacted] However, if something goes wrong, they happily give you an exchange or refund, no questions asked Do not buy anything from Dime FurnitureIf you do, give the smallest deposit possible and demand that you get to inspect before you payTake the 'Buyer Beware' attitudeRead the other Revdex.com complaints if you're still not sureSaving a few dollars might cost you more in the longrun

*** If they get your order right and delivered on time, you are lucky If they make an error they will NOT try to fix it Its better to pay a little extra and get your furniture from a dependable company than to pay less and deal with so much headache and inferior products at best

I wanted to buy bunk bed from dime furniture and I paid 180$ for down paymentsix times dime furniture promised to deliver it, but it never come true, milions reasons were givenand we want our money back but dime did not want to give it, and promised to deliver by himself tonight but it did not happen againplease let me know how to get our money back???

I bought bunk bed from these guys price was reasonable so we agreed to buy
When I got my delivery first thing they ask me about my remaining balance which I gave
It was deliver in ripped box part were missing I still couldn't fix it call them several time no positive response
Please take my advice don't buy anything from these guys they will quote cheap price but products are horrible and with missing parts

I must say this is the best place to buy your furniture at. it was a good experience

I also had a HORRENDOUS experience dealing a store on dixie and matheson. We were EXTREMELY nervous about shopping at any other store I saw on [redacted]. However, I took the chance and went to DIME FURNITURE we were treated extremely well by TJ and his wife and they really knew how to deal with customers. We ordered a sectional and wanted to make sure we received it within a week. True to TJ's word, they delivered it in 2 days. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who is hesitant to shop at a store they saw on [redacted]. Not to forget, you will get the best prices at DIME FURNITURE the prices are extremely great. Check them out before you decide to shop anywhere else.

Same with 7 p.m., no response. AT MIDNIGHT THEY SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR TO DELIVER FURNITURE. Who does this!!!!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Caveat Emptor on this one (buyer beware).

Do not buy anything from Dime Furniture. If you do, give the smallest deposit possible and demand that you get to inspect before you pay. Take the 'Buyer Beware' attitude. Read the other Revdex.com complaints if you're still not sure. Saving a few dollars might cost you more in the longrun.
