The borrower was asked to add an additional guarantor to the transaction once it was discovered that the spouse was part owner of the business The borrower was given the choice to back out of the transaction or add the guarantor Had they chosen to back out of the transaction a full refund would have been issued the borrower chose to add the additional guarantor, at which time the transaction commenced as quoted Digital Imaging chose to order, deliver and install the equipment before a purchase order was provided My recommendation to anyone reading this complaint is to steer clear of conducting business with this vendor should they be in need of this type of equipment They are clearly living deal to deal and not able to handle adversity of any kind In addition, I will be filing my own complaint with the Revdex.com against Digital Imaging for the unnecessary verbal abuse inflicted upon my employee by [redacted] ***
There are numerous misstatements of fact made by Mr. [redacted] concerning his lease transaction with Dimension Funding. First of all he is correct that he paid one payment in advance and there were 35 remaining payments, however the only "upfront fee" was $330 for documentation and filing. ...
The total amount financed was $27,182.98 and the monthly payment was $885.87 per month which equates to an interest rate of 10.68% not 26% per his complaint to the Revdex.com.Secondly, he states that two payments were taken from his account without his permission. Dimension is in possession of his written authorization to take payments from his account. A copy of this authorization is available to any interested party which requests same. Lastly, there are monies due Dimension for the residual value of the equipment among other things which Mr [redacted] refuses to pay. The lease was structured per Mr. [redacted]'s instructions at inception and did not contain a pre-negotiated purchase price for the equipment at lease end. Dimension intends to pursue Mr. [redacted] for monies owed pursuant to the terms of the lease.
