Mr. [redacted] approached my crew, as we were doing some work at other units near his townhome about his wall that another company...
had done incorrectly. We brought it up to the president and vice president. My job supervisor and I, plus the president and vice president went to his unit on a Saturday morning. I showed them the problem and they agreed it needed to be re-done at th.e HOA.'s expense as it was done once before and our desire to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We gave what we thought was a good price to have the work re-done. In the process we loosened the boxes in back of his unit slid siding behind and reattached. When Mr. [redacted] looked at the boxes we had yet to send Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] Electric to secure electric boxes to the wall. It has since been done to the satisfaction of City and CPS by Mr. [redacted]. The HOA is happy with the work as well. Hope Mr. [redacted] is too.
