Dear Revdex.com Customer Relations Manager, In response to the above captioned complaint number; Our policy is to contact each applicant to explain why they were not accepted for an apartment If we did not contact the complainant we are sorry, and will be refunding the application fee to the credit card The reason we could not approve the rental apartment was that it was already rented We are sorry for any misunderstanding in this matter Cordially, Dimensions Mgt
